I have used Petedge for 25+ years for my grooming needs. They have always been very reliable, until recently.
I use to receive my orders within the week. Now everything is on back order for a month. In my most recent order, I waited until I didn't receive the items on my back order date and called. They told me these items that I ordered were no longer carried by them and I should have received an email.
NOTHING! One of the things I ordered were replacement brushes for their brand dryer-master equipment. They told me the dryer was discontinued and they didn't know when they would be getting them in. For me to do an occasional check in.
Now I have a perfectly good dryer that I can not find a part for so when in dies I guess I'm supposed to trash it! How's that for a company I've supported for 25+ years?! I asked them if they were going out of business, which I highly suspect. What grooming supplier no longer carries Qwik-stop?
Really let down.
Will be shopping elsewhere. Hopefully I can locate brushes.

I started using this company when it was New England Serumin 1993, when they would actually send a salesman to my shop. Now Petedge can't even seem to complete an order.
Nothing in stock, nobody knows if they are stocking items anymore and very unhelpful!! Just horrible service. Don't seem to care anymore. I liked their products and they kept my grooming shop stocked for years, sad to say they are very unreliable now!!!!!
Looking elsewhere now!!! So now this site wants me to add more to this post. I feel I have made my point and anything more would just be unnessary but this won't post unless I type 100 words, so you might ar well stop reading cause now I'm just trying to fill space and not saying anything important. Except why is this site just making me run on and on and on??
This is just crazy, all I wanted to do is write an unhappy review, not write a book. Hopefully this is enough.
Double PissEd Consumer
I have never been treated so poorly anywhere as I have by Petedge. They are rude lying, rotten buggers and I wouldn't take anything for free from them.
Placed an order early this past November, and of course they were out of most things and the wait was ridiculous for restock. They kept promising my order was almost in then they even removed money from my account so I thought surely my order was going to arrive. Instead the money was put back, and after 60 days they cancelled my order. So I reordered it was supposed to be here by the end of Feb, nope still not here.
Called them today they cancelled my order without telling me and said products won't be here until next year. Bunch of *** I'm trying to run a business.

PetEdge was a fun place I started with it when it started ground up but because of management and stuff going on, targets on your back it just became an unbearable place to work and I was let go they said I made too many mistakes and I think something was going on behind my back that didn't know about and management got rid of me now I can see why and now I can see why they closed because they closed down the Massachusetts they forced it on to Reno to take care of the whole country big mistake when I seen them do that and close the store I thought you're on your way out and they're gone it's too bad it was a fun company they just needed to get rid of some management

What happened PetEdge?
I have been doing business with Petedge for over 12 years. They always were well stocked and their customer service was great.
Over the last year or two, they are always "out of stock" of many things. The latest item I ordered said it was in stock so I paid and ordered it. After 3 weeks, I was still waiting for delivery. I logged into my account and saw that my order was cancelled.
I called customer service and was told that it was cancelled because it was no longer in stock. I never received a call or an email telling me that.
I could have waited forever. I then ordered the same item from Dr's Foster Smith and received it right away.
Goodbye Petedge.

Pet Edge Return Policy is horrible
I ordered almost $800 worth of products and needed to return a $50 nail grinder (still in shrink wrap and box) and they wouldn't even work with me because I was past the 30 days. No store credit..nothing.
Nothing shipped when it should have and it was back ordered. However, they had their money right up front and I waited. I feel like they could have worked with me on issuing store credit since it was still wrapped up and never opened. Someone needs to review this policy and work with people a little more.
I'll start using Ryan's Pet Supply and not Pet Edge.

Very bad customer service at this site. They are gifidly unflexible abouut returning a new produce. Staff are rude and not helpful.
I stopped ordering from Petedge this year because the shipments were coming in as late as 3 weeks from Reno. Does Reno NV provide third world mail?
I couldn't even get a frickin' slicka brush. Ryans has a new customer.
