I have been a loyal customer for over 20yrs.

I recently placed an order with my usual essentials and also included grooming apparel as ours were looking drab. Upon receiving my package, I quickly realized that the tops and bottoms they had sent were far too large.

Called customer service, They informed me I could return the items however, I would have to pay shipping?!?

Asked to speak to a supervisor, And again, I would have to pay shipping!! While the return shipping was only $12 , it was the principal!

They lost a loyal customer thats spent thousands and thousands of dollars over the course of years for this!

Their customer appreciation is horrific and nonexistent! I WILL NEVER AGAIN purchase

another thing from them again!!!

Don’t do it!

I ordered a clipper set and some snap on combs, shampoo and misc grooming supplies and asked repeatedly if the snap on combs would work with my Andis clippers and Patty assured me they would. Well the broke the teeth of my ceramic clipper blade and when I called to let them know I was treated very rudely and told that they are out of warranty and I have to contact the manufacturer.

Patty told me they would work but they refuse to help me with replacement of the ceramic blade or refund of the useless combs. Don’t order from them they will be nice to get your hard earned money but there customer service stinks and they don’t stand behind their products.

I'm done

I have used Petedge for 25+ years for my grooming needs. They have always been very reliable, until recently.

I use to receive my orders within the week. Now everything is on back order for a month. In my most recent order, I waited until I didn't receive the items on my back order date and called. They told me these items that I ordered were no longer carried by them and I should have received an email.

NOTHING! One of the things I ordered were replacement brushes for their brand dryer-master equipment. They told me the dryer was discontinued and they didn't know when they would be getting them in. For me to do an occasional check in.

Now I have a perfectly good dryer that I can not find a part for so when in dies I guess I'm supposed to trash it! How's that for a company I've supported for 25+ years?! I asked them if they were going out of business, which I highly suspect. What grooming supplier no longer carries Qwik-stop?

Really let down.

Will be shopping elsewhere. Hopefully I can locate brushes.

I stopped ordering from Petedge this year because the shipments were coming in as late as 3 weeks from Reno. Does Reno NV provide third world mail?

I couldn't even get a frickin' slicka brush. Ryans has a new customer.

Don't buy anything from them!!! They won't get back to me as to why they cancelled my order.

They sent an email that they couldn't process my Visa which had been taken out of my account and when o called to find out what the problem was the person couldn't tell me.

Told me someone will call during business hours. I'm still waiting!!!!

Never buy anything from pet edge they will not fix your produce and just cancel the order after having a $800.00 table I purchased from them a year and a half ago. The control box has gone and they will not do anything about it.

I was on a waiting list for 3 months because they stopped making that part and were suppose to get it in Feb 28th call that day to see why I didn’t get it and they discontinued it. So please do not buy from this *** hole company that treats you like crap.

I started using this company when it was New England Serumin 1993, when they would actually send a salesman to my shop. Now Petedge can't even seem to complete an order.

Nothing in stock, nobody knows if they are stocking items anymore and very unhelpful!! Just horrible service. Don't seem to care anymore. I liked their products and they kept my grooming shop stocked for years, sad to say they are very unreliable now!!!!!

Looking elsewhere now!!! So now this site wants me to add more to this post. I feel I have made my point and anything more would just be unnessary but this won't post unless I type 100 words, so you might ar well stop reading cause now I'm just trying to fill space and not saying anything important. Except why is this site just making me run on and on and on??

This is just crazy, all I wanted to do is write an unhappy review, not write a book. Hopefully this is enough.

Double PissEd Consumer

I have never been treated so poorly anywhere as I have by Petedge. They are rude lying, rotten buggers and I wouldn't take anything for free from them.

Placed an order early this past November, and of course they were out of most things and the wait was ridiculous for restock. They kept promising my order was almost in then they even removed money from my account so I thought surely my order was going to arrive. Instead the money was put back, and after 60 days they cancelled my order. So I reordered it was supposed to be here by the end of Feb, nope still not here.

Called them today they cancelled my order without telling me and said products won't be here until next year. Bunch of *** I'm trying to run a business.

PetEdge was a fun place I started with it when it started ground up but because of management and stuff going on, targets on your back it just became an unbearable place to work and I was let go they said I made too many mistakes and I think something was going on behind my back that didn't know about and management got rid of me now I can see why and now I can see why they closed because they closed down the Massachusetts they forced it on to Reno to take care of the whole country big mistake when I seen them do that and close the store I thought you're on your way out and they're gone it's too bad it was a fun company they just needed to get rid of some management

August catalog only good till 8/17

I've been dealing with PetEdge for years and called to place an order on August 18th with sale prices and they said it was too late they were already into September's prices. They told me to read the fine print on the very back page of the catalog.

Are you kidding me?? Why put a month on the catalog if the prices aren't good through that month??

What happened PetEdge?

I have been doing business with Petedge for over 12 years. They always were well stocked and their customer service was great.

Over the last year or two, they are always "out of stock" of many things. The latest item I ordered said it was in stock so I paid and ordered it. After 3 weeks, I was still waiting for delivery. I logged into my account and saw that my order was cancelled.

I called customer service and was told that it was cancelled because it was no longer in stock. I never received a call or an email telling me that.

I could have waited forever. I then ordered the same item from Dr's Foster Smith and received it right away.

Goodbye Petedge.

Need part info

All I NEEDED TO KNOW WAS THE SIZE OF ONE NUT! The customer service reps are very friendly but poorly educated.

You would think that the company that makes a $900 table would at least have a parts spec sheet, because lets face it things do tend to go missing around grooming facilities.

Animals are very rough on equipment, and as a manufacturer thats been in business as long as pet edge you would think they would at least have trained customer service reps that would be able to answer elementary level questions about their products. Their online spec pdf includes bar sizes and table dimensions, but no actual relevant information to those that have to work on and maintain equipment.

From experience of working in the customer service field and in a call center. You are trained the basics on how to take an order, the product line is usually a learn as you go thing.

You do have guidance and support from the other employees and management if you have questions. Everyone has to start somewhere.

It's usually a learning curve that on average can take 6 months or longer depending on your knowledge to start off with. Don't worry within no time, they will pick it up and be the best they can be!

They Just Don't Care

As a professional groomer I have been ordering almost exclusively from PetEdge for almost a decade now. My latest order will be my last.

After contacting their "customer non-service desk" today I was curtly told the problem was mine and that I should call the local post office to see if I could pick it up. My order was placed on the 29th of December and it's taken almost two weeks to receive it ... And it's my fault? I know it was the holidays but seriously PetEdge, your customer service and order fulfillment process is totally broken.

I've had some challenges in the past but ever since you moved your facility to Denver the problems have increased by an order of magnitude. I should add, that another supplier I use received an order on the 2-Jan and was able to fulfill the order by the 7th. I will find another supplier who doesn't blame the customer for awful service.

Funny how my account was charged in full on the 30th.

I have been doing business with PETEDGE for 2 decades now and from what I understand the Father left the business to the son. Well, the son is doing a terrible job.

Most items are on back order or discontinued! I order from them 7-10 times per year and I never receive a full order because things are always out of stock.

Not sure what the issue is but I am trying to find another supplier as I write this. It's unfortunate because their prices are great, although they have increased somewhat in the past couple of years but what hasn't.
